Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  3. Wait for Authorization

  4. Package Your Items
    Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  5. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  6. Processing
    Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once we receive and approve your return, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution

Refund Method:

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Grooming or Pest Control Supplies (opened or used products)
  • Horse Care products (opened containers or used items)
  • Personalized or custom-made equipment
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Products without original tags or packaging

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

International Returns

For our international customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable
